All our orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, unless the order was placed on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the following business day.

 

Once processed, the order is shipped to the customer. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

 

*We do not ship orders to Ceuta, Melilla, or areas outside the EEC.

 

*We do not ship orders to the Azores and Madeira.

 

Delivery times correspond to business days, excluding national, regional, or local holidays. During special periods such as sales, Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, or Christmas, the delivery time may be slightly affected.

 

Express Cash on Delivery shipments must always be paid in cash to the delivery person upon delivery to your home.

 

All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that allows you to know the status of your order at all times.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM ABSENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

 

If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will be contacted via text message to arrange a second delivery. If you are also not present for the second delivery, the order will be held at your local branch for 15 days for you to pick up. If you do not pick up your order, it will be returned to our central warehouse. You will be responsible for the shipping costs upon pickup. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?

 

If your order is delayed and you need to track it, arrange a redelivery, change the delivery date, etc., please contact Customer Service. For faster processing, please have your tracking number available.
